Billy Goat Bikes and Mountain Khakis 2015 Race Team

The 2014 season was very successful competing in the local racing scene, the National Pro GRT series and experiencing the highs and lows of World Cup racing.

It’s been an off-season of musical chairs in the world of elite downhill teams and it’s been no different for the local/national teams. The 2015 season will bring some exciting changes to the structure of the team. Billy Goat Bikes (BGB) will continue to support our Grassroots bike program. We know that the sport will continue to be built by introducing new riders, young and old to the world of two-wheels.

BGB is proud to announce the 2015 members of the newly formed A/Elite team. The Elite team riders for 2015 are Max Morgan, Dylan Conte, Joshua Rogers, Brandon Blakely and Jimmy Leslie. During the 2015 season the team will focus on the World Championships Andorra (petition), Intercontinental MTB Championships, Columbia South America (petition), UCI DH#4 Lenzerheide Switzerland (tentative), UCI DH#5 Mont St Anne Quebec, UCI DH#6 Windham NY, UCI#7 Val di Sole Italy (tentative), USAC National Championships Mammoth CA and all USAC PROGRT series races.

We are also excited to announce our partnership Neko Mulally (can you fix this chain) and his new ride GSTAAD SCOTT Bikes. Neko will be providing coaching and guidance to all team members as they seek to make it to the big stage. Mulally arguably had two of the most memorable race runs during the 2014 season. His 3rd place finish at the UCI World Cup in Cairnes, AUS with a mud-filled-crash race run and his 4th place chainless finish at the UCI World Championships in Hafjell, NOR.
